According to the guy on Channel 7's helicopter.  The one was a guy that was shot dead.  He thinks the other that was shot was a woman.

warrants take time to get. The news keeps speculating the warrants are from the in custody suspect info, but thats way too quick. It would be from witnesses, IE, people at the incident who identified the suspect.

Thats if its actually a warrant. If its exigent, as in the registered owner of the vehicle lives in redlands, thats a different story
