Albert Pujols Needs to Retire

Recommended Posts

every time i see pujols up with runners in scoring position, he grounds out.

that false stat again- RBI's. appears the guy has a really hard time picking up runners.

i guess i just want the team to win. myself being a dinosaur from before advanced stats, fantasy baseball and all.

the guy looks pretty bad from my standpoint. but has REAL good stats.

Bourjos is healthy for the first time in several years and we're seeing what he's capable of. He's also happy in St. Louis, with a manager who appreciates his skills and the value he brings to the team.

You mean like Scioscia did?

So you actually expecta rrational person to walk away from 30 million a year. How naive.

I'm naive. I make pretty good money and at some point I'll retire. Why wouldn't a guy who's made $100's of millions retire? It's about perspective.

On what planet? Freese has been a disappointment, hitting no where near what he hit in STL, Salas is meh and Bourjos is on his way to a fantastic season. Could really use him in left about now.

Chuck also conveniently left out one major thing in that trade.
