They were already heading down fast when oil was still at $80.  Their system isn't going to work.  Their shortages have nothing to do with oil.

For the people of a country with that much oil to live that poorly is absolutely criminal. Maduro and the whole crew deserve to end up hanging in the town square.

Kind of interesting that the US has done this given that Maduro is basically reading from the Fidel Castro playbook and blaming everything that's wrong in Venezuela on the US trying to seize power in Venezuela.

Went there with my wife. It's crazy how close it is to Venezuela but it's completely different. It was election season when we were there and everyone was getting excited for voting. Way more than here.

My sister is a doctor in Guyana and has been robbed several times during her first year. They were riding bikes so they aren't fully legit.
