When: June 21st (Saturday)

Time: Around 2pm. (Or when people head over from the softball tourney)

Where: Angels Parking Lot

This year the area under the Big A has been reserved for a Christian event. So we will be setting up along Orangewood. I will be getting there early to rope off an area. So if you're not attending the Softball Tourney and want to get a head start on the tailgate, you can arrive around 12pm. For the past few years, the parking entrance off Douglass (Honda center side) has been open. Just let the parking attendant know you are there for the Angelswin Tailgate.

What each person should bring: Chairs, Sunscreen, $$ to donate for OC Miracle League (at your discretion)

What we need:

- Tents: Since we won't have the shade under the Big A, we need to provide our own shade.

- Tables

- Trash Bags

- Napkins, Cups, Utensils

- Soda/Drinks

- Chips

- Dip/Salsa

- BBQ Meats and Buns

- Condiments

- BBQ (Gas only)

- Sides (Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, etc)

- Dessert (Cookies, Brownies, etc)

- Your "signature dish"

Note: Consuming alcohol is illegal in the Angel Stadium Parking Lot and if it is done, you do so at your own risk and AngelsWin will not be held liable.

Location: Just south of the Big A. Look for a section with orange cones.

Let me get with Brian and get back to you. He was supposed to coordinate that end. 

 

Problem is, we've tried to do this 3-4 times in the past. People are just cheap. We've only successfully did one suite party for the website and that was back in 2008. 

 

If the same people who wouldn't golf for a charity for $125, I doubt they'll purchase a suite ticket for around or just over $100.
