Seriously why does Trout keep completely failing in most clutch situations?

It may be small sample but through his career he has only 1 HR in 112 at bats in high leverage situation according to fangraphs.

He's given up 4 runs to a weak lineup but I'm still impressed with this outing by Skaggs. Looked good and most importantly he didn't walk a batter. Got a lot of 0-2 counts, made a few mistakes in those situations, got killed by bloops and some seeing eye singles. Not many hitters squared the ball up well vs him

 

 

the most impressive thing though is that through 2 starts, he's the one who has been pitching deep into games. He could probably go 8 again tonight

I was joking because a lot of people think that clutch is nonexistent. I argued that David Ortiz is clutch and I was apparently wrong.
