Well for reference Bro Town is Tanks neighborhood of Glendale, The Gang O Ramma and Junk Yards is Sun Valley, Eat Chinese Food is Rosemead/Alhambra/ Montery Park, Highest Gunshot Risk is Compton, and the Botoxed Cougars are right up the street from where I work.

Santa Ana is on the come up. We were looking up high rises and outside of Irvine, Santa Ana has some nice ones and nice areas. It was actually very surprising. Some still had "Santa Ana" pricing, but most were high end OC as far as general pricing.

It was weird. I always grew up and thought of Santa Ana as Mexico, but they are trying to do some Vegas/hipster high rise complexes around downtown.
