I believe businesses should be able to serve whomever they wish.  Their own decisions will dictate how their business will stand or fall.

Funny part is you may suspect a couple is gay but how do you really prove it.  I have been many places over my life and still never seen two dudes 69 on the counter at the Waffle House.  More typical backwards thinking and the GOP needs to rein it in or else they are doomed again.

I do.  Businesses already can deny service to anyone.  Why create a law specifically addressing it.  Don't you believe in less government?

They actually can't. Many businesses are being sued for refusing service to same-sex couples.

Look at it the other way around, imagine if businesses were refusing to serve Christians, the backlash would be so big it would never happen.

I know I am only being a smart ass on this subject but I still need to know how you were prepared to prove who the people are when even attempting something like this.  Sure you have your suspicions but if someone is a patron of your establishment and paying for your product what is the big deal. Opposite sexes start humping in their booth at Applebees because I don't know who would ever eat that food, they get tossed. 

 

So is the plan to trick them on the menu and offer an extra large kielbasa with a portabella mushroom cap and two meat balls with a demi-glace sauce so you can discover them.  We need to just shit can every politician at this point anymore.

I think your argument is misplaced in this thread.  I couldn't care less what people do.  I just believe that business owners should have those same rights.

The basis which is being used to deny service is strongly held religious beliefs, which is a giant cop out. It just happens to be the one that seems to give you some moral high ground.
