There isn't a time table for Madson yet. He'll most likely start the season on the DL, but the Angels never gave a time table. He's throwing a bullpen session today.

 

They have been talking about him being back in mid-April

Maybe they're just doing some kind of a rope-a-dope scheme and lulilng all other teams into a false sense of security by looking terrible in Spring Training only to play awesome in April. Basically the reverse of what happened last year 

 

... or maybe the Texas folks claiming we're going to be in 4th place in the division are right

Injury to any OF/1B/DH = Vernon Wells playing every single game

Injury to Tommy Hanson (almost certain to happen) = Garrett Richards and/or Jerome Williams every 5th game.
