I very much doubt the Dodgers will give him a qualifying offer .

Uribe is better than any player the Angels currently have at third base.

He'll likely get no more than a two year deal at best ... but not from the Angels.

I'll admit I'm wrong and be delighted about it, because Arte Moreno may have finally learned a lesson.

 

What's sad though is that if it did happen, it would cry out so much....GMJHGH signing.

You're right but even he's still better than what the team has now.

I'm not in love with any of the internal options the Angels' have, but I'm not sure that Young really is any better.

 

He's 2 years removed from being anything better than league average offensively(and his 2012 was even worse than league average), and he's still unable to play defense at just about any position. He'll also start the 2014 season at age 37.

 

If that's the best there is(and it very well might be), I don't see the point in it.
