Rendon hurt again you can’t make this stuff up.. @Stradlingpreparing his straw man take on how injuries are random and “flukes”. Seems like it keeps happening to the same people.

Yea that’s what I’m doing. I just think you guys are pathetic.  If that’s a straw man then so be it.

I took the 3 week under with this dude in another thread.

Better question, how many more games does he end up playing for the Angels? I know he has three years left on his deal, but I’d put the O/U somewhere around 100 honestly

I mean, I get that injuries happen, but to the entire starting infield (including catcher) and the centerfielder? That's a bit ridiculous.

It feels like we all should be used to this by now.

If injuries are truly random then Rendon is operating at like 15 standard deviations from the mean

The hand injury and this one to the leg would appear to be pretty flukish…

Hopefully zero. I'd rather another team deal with him.

Totally agree with Wayne here.

He also mentioned Bryce Harper's injury last year, where he missed a few months and the World Series, yet the team around him rallied.

The Angels need to go ALL IN. It's now or never, you're not going to get the haul you need from Ohtani. Unless he absolutely says he's walking in FA.

This is true.

It just seems that the number of injuries for the Halos has been higher than the MLB average the past few seasons.
