Lost my Dad in May of 21... one of the last good memories I have with him was watching that Sunday night game against the White Sox when Ohtani crushed that one. 

My Dad was really sick, but that lit him a bit. He was real excited to see Ohtani that year...

My mom was from Japan. She would have been over the moon for Ohtani.

Was thinking about this at the gym tonight, with the game on. They kept showing Japanese fans in the crowd.

You can only imagine how much pride they (in Japan) have to have for him.

Ichiro was amazing. Matsui had great years.
