I wouldn't say a 85-88 win team is a good team. Above average but that likely does not make the playoffs, certainly not on the low-end of that range. I had a lot of optimism given that the floor of this team seemed much higher than previous seasons and I still have some optimism, but a series like this is really difficult to stomach.

Call it what you want but an 88 win team is a good team. Yes that series blew.

Agree to disagree. If you aren't a top 6 team in your League, you are not a good team imo. The Angels are currently fourth in their division and 3.5 games back of the wild card. Houston & Texas continue to separate themselves. The Angels are in deep shit at the moment

Texas will cool off. .338 with risp is not even close to sustainable 

Angels have had a lot of issues and are still hanging around.

Not really Strad...it's a team that had a decent year, but probably still missed the playoffs.
