I think he was a bit amped up there rounding second knowing it was his first major league hit. 

Can't believe Erica Weston didn't know that it would be a double getting thrown out trying for a triple.

He didn’t start with the Angels. 11 ab with the Angels, but his whole body of work in the Bigs is large enough and not good enough. Expecting him to be a player he has never been is dillusional. Yes, absolutely dump him as soon as someone better is available.

OK dump him after this weekend and keep Thaiss. Put Thaiss at 1B and catch a week. Maybe Thaiss be 1B in 2023 as I agree Ford will not be in halo plans in 2023.
