Trout hoping to come back Friday

It's obviously a lost cause. But there's literally one thing Trout coming back does.

It gives this team the opportunity to ruin Seattle for the second year in a row. The Trout-Mariner relationship is basically like that guy The Colonel at the end of Boogie Nights, when he was in prison for child porn (Trout is the black dude slapping Seattle, who is the Colonel).

No need to explain.

I actually wanted to do the lollipops quote, but it's the wrong dirty old man from that movie.

I had Covid last month and spent five days in my bedroom watching movies I loved in my youth to see which ones held up. Boogie Nights definitely does. It was my first time seeing it in over 20 years and there were lots of actors in it that I had not remembered: Phillip Baker Hall, Alfred Molina, Michael Jace, etc.

Yeah, it's a phenom movie. Great story and dialogue.

Alfred Molina pops in my head at least once every 3 weeks on this site, but haven't figured out a way to mention him here.

"You guys play baseball?"

Josh Hamilton was an alley oop, but I got lazy.
