It's an MLB Network game for out-of-market folks, so they may have scheduled it at that time to make it more favorable for East coast viewing.

I believe it was originally a 1pm game, that’s what was on our original schedule but as the poster above posted, I think MLB is televising the game regionally for the New Yonkers.

It's in the CBA: When it's the last game in a series and the visiting team has a flight more than 2.5 hours - even if the next day is an off day, as the Yankees have tomorrow -  it has to be an earlier start time.

it seems like Wong has been called up multiple times because he was on the taxi squad and they simply had an extra roster spot with no one else with the team ready to join the active roster.
