I don't know why any pitcher throws Ohtani anything in the zone.  The dude flails at everything.

Well to be fair he's basically just faced top tier starting pitching an relief pitching these two games. 

Not a good team to get your hitting swagger back with.

Hopefully Mayers is a legit find for the Angels and not a one year wonder like past scrap heap finds for them(Blake Parker, Hansel Robles).
