That's a good looking patch. It's scary that I feel like 50 just passed a year or so ago. Time is definitely flying.

The Angels did a lot of cool stuff for the 50th in the stadium during games...

Hard to get excited about this one when we don't know if and when we'll be allowed in the stadium again.

I remember people calling the years from 2002-2009 the "golden age" of Angels baseball.  Good times.

gold is for the 50th anniversary.

the original color of their halo was silver, so i'm perfectly okay with it.

Their original logos starting from 1961 has the gold halo. It was more commonly used back in that day, but from a design standpoint I just think it pops much more.
