Trout isn't clutch during 'meaningful seasons' either so I'm not sure what you're getting at.  Where's that compilation of Trout walk off homeruns?  There aren't

He's hit three career walk-off home runs. It was against Boxberger, Sipp, and Uehara. Next.

Looks like that inning-ending strikeout was the plan all along. It turns out it was an extra-inning leadoff double to set up Ohtani.

I understand the statistical requirements to earn a Hold but shit like this is why stats never tell the whole story.

 

Is Barreto really that bad of a hitter?  He makes Ward look like an All Star.  Just another reason to be impressed with the A's scouting department.
