They need to let Shohei hit with what comes naturally to him. Trout uses a leg kick also. Shohei is going to start crushing the ball if they just stop effing with his swing.

No one is stopping him.  He isn’t being mistreated.  He is just having a rough year at the plate.  He has used the leg kick.  He has gone without the leg kick.  This is a Ohtani issue.

These guys in MLB tinker with their approach and swing all the time. It's ongoing.

That's his confident swing. Leg kick and full hip turn.

Former Angels hitting coach Eric Hinske advised him to get rid of his leg kick.

Ok.  I will.  My thought is it’s something he does without really knowing he’s doing it.  So what I’m thinking is he made a conscious effort to use a leg lift.
