The contractors are planning to build the new stadium in a similar manner to how Eppler has been building the Angel's roster the past few years.

Arte basically being given $150 million by the city of Anaheim, we better be the 'Anaheim Angels'.  It also covers a good chunk of Pujols's contract giving Arte perhaps a reason to go over the luxury tax once or twice, if our developing falls by the wayside.  Arte does need to cut ties with paying players for what they've done on other teams, we need to reward players who earn their keep, then we pay them the good money.  Big free agent signings do not work out for us like other teams, players don't come here to play, they get payed instead.
