Angels: Most "Fun" Team in Baseball ... (?)

I don't know if anyone else here listens to Effectively Wild, the Fangraphs podcast.  Today they held a "draft" of all major league teams, in order of how "fun" they are.  (It was up to each of three podcast hosts to define "fun" as they drafted.)

The #1 pick, by the show's primary host was... your Los Angeles Angels.  The rationale: Trout is the most fun player in the league, Ohtani is the second most fun, Simmons is one of the most fun... so what if the fourth most fun player on the team might be... Tommy LaStella?

Nothing fun about watching a lineup with Tommy LaStella, Cozart and Bour in it. Once those turd balls are relegated to reserve roles I will agree with this statement.

Once we have Upton and Ohtani back it will indeed be fun.

If you like to see three or four automatic outs in a lineup,.then you'll have loads of fun watching us.

But yeah, Trout alone is worth the price of admission. I've only been to about six games over the past few years and he's hit a booming home run in four of them. There's a different sound when he connects. I look forward to every at-bat.

The rays would be a fun team if they didn’t play in a coffin.

It can definitely be worse then the Angels when you cheer for a team that has had an extended playoff drought.

The “Trout Window” is now 12 years. Fun times for sure.

Trout is more of a joy to watch as opposed to fun. The rest of the team, not so much
