KTLA news anchor and Chapman alumni Chris Burrous apparently OD’d in a cheap hotel in Glendale. Very sad as he leaves behind a wife and kid.

I liked it when he anchored the morning news program. Witty and always seemed upbeat.

Depends. We actually save a good amount. Comes down to if the person shooting up with them actually calls us when it goes bad, or waits until theyre out of there and calls from a payphone down the street...

Heroin a ton, but mostly meth laced with fentanyl. Havent seen it mixed with coke (yet). But then again, at least where im at, coke isnt as popular as meth and heroin.

Heroin is the most ODs were getting, though.

So crazy that dealers would lace anything with fentanyl. Not a great way to keep your clientele.

Whats crazier is all the f*ckers buying it intentionally. They pretty much are cool with it, a more intense high.

Also. Im calling it now. Look for HIV to start making a pretty decent rebound in the coming months/few years. The clean needle programs are out there, and most people are using them...or so they say. The younger generation doesnt seem to worry about it at allm

He surely made a great deal of money as a television news anchor, and also had to have a good life insurance policy, I would think.

A Gofundme page seems strange.

The whole thing is incredibly sad.

Wife was a big fan of his, I didn't care much for him...after 15 or so minutes his schtick would drive me up the wall. She had been commenting recently on how much weight he had lost.

Sad for the wife and kids, addiction is a terrible thing.

This was all new to me, too. My chick has a quasi family member that is a heroin addict who recently came back to CA for rehab. Through the process I got the education of this shit and addicts, etc. 

Ironically, as I post this my chick is at the hospital because this dumbass kid left rehab with some other kids and they all overdosed Friday or Saturday. I guess one kid has a 3% chance to live and I guess the only reason the kid she knows is alive is because some stranger found them and performed CPR on her, but did it so hard she broke the girls rib and punctured her lung.

It's a mess and might ruin New Years plans. I have no sympathy for shit like this or people that knowingly do bad shit to themselves.
