I cosign on hummus, though I only eat it when it's prepared via sous vide. @Make Angels Great Again has the best sous vide hummus recipe, which he'll now share with y'all.

I’ve been eating hummus like a mad man and it’s actually a new revelation where I got stuck one night with a Mediterranean meal for dinner and tried it.

Now I have the fridge stocked with those little hummus and pretzel to go packs and generally have that Sabra Supremely Spicy dish in the fridge with pita chips.

I should look at healthier options, but the spicy ones and can’t seem to find them in packages like this outside of this brand.

yeah, just never been a fan of garbanzos or hummus. for me, hummus is one of those "okay, everything good is gone and i'm still a little hungry, so i guess i can tolerate a little bit of it" kind of foods.

I literally got like 3 sous vide cookbooks last Christmas. It's probably in there.

I like hummus with a few drops of hot sauce, mixed with tabbouleh, and eaten on rice crackers. Relatively low cal while providing a nice crunch and some substance

A year and a half later it's still in my fridge as I just went to the store the other day.

I go through phases and take long breaks from this, but when I'm on one the shit gets intense like a pitbull and his food dish.

I wish they did the supremely spicy in the to-go packs.
