98 pitches when pulled.

How many more do you think it would have taken?

Could he possibly be tired having used up that many pitches in only 5 1/3 innings of work?

When the pitch count gets close to the number 100, Scioscia starts to panic.

Any Angels fan who's followed this team over the years has memories of many games where the starter was removed too soon because of this and the opposition taking the lead against the reliever.

I can't wait until Scioscia is gone.

Ummmm that’s every manager in the game lol very rarely do managers let pitchers go much further than 100

Dude don’t bother.  These are the guys that literally think anything and everything Scioscia does is designed to make the team lose.

Exactly I don’t even know why I responded.  Anyone watching the fuc*king game could see he was having a tough time going back to the 5th.  JoC is full of shit like always.

People have their narratives. JoC isn't the only one.

They've been overly cautious all year and they have still gotten injured. So I don't see why the injury thing is an excuse.

98 pitches and unable to find the strike zone. Are you still sure his game wasn't over?
