2028 Olympics

I was looking for old pics of the right field fence for the basket thread, and came acoss the Fact that Angels Stadium will be used for the baseball and softball games in the 2028 LA Summer Olympics.

That's pretty rad, but it also means a two week road trip for the Halos likely.

I know it's ten years away, and the Angels may not even be in Anaheim then, but it's still pretty rad.

In 2028, Mike Trout will be 36, likely still playing. Still younger than Albert Pujols is right now.

Moreover, if they're using collegiate amateurs, the kids that will be playing in those olympics are currently 10 years old, and were born in 2008.
