Fiers, by the way, has given up 57 homers in his last 57 starts over the past two season. He should be pretty used to this by now. Giving up dongs is such a part of his being that he should be like an Inuit who has 30 words for “snow” except he has 30 words for “bat flip.”

That was stupidly excessive. I would only support the suspension if he had come close but that was Bull Durham mascot off target. Valbuena didn't even flinch and the umpire didn't kick him out of the game. Over reach by MLB.

Honestly don't think he deserved a suspension. If you're actually trying to hurt a guy, he could have easily thrown it closer to him. But not a big deal for anyone except Fiers who loses out on money
