Yes.  Because the government is trying to impose it's will arbitrarily. 

If business A and business B follows all the protocols exactly the same.  But Business A is considered "essential" like Indian Casinos and business B is not considered essential, like a beauty salon, business A is allowed to continue business while business B has to shut down. 

Or business A the hardware store is told to limit capacity.  But business B, the supermarket, bitches and moans with lots of lobbyists threatening the politicians.  So their capacity is increased.  How is that helping the spread of the virus? 

Or my favorite, Business A and Business B.  Business A is a restaurant that is told to shut down with no proof that they are spreading the virus like is claimed.  Business B is a food manufacturing plant that has shown nationwide to be superspreader areas.  Business B is considered essential, so they get to stay open.  Both business A and business B are lumped together in data though, as food service industry.  

And then there is the whole essential vs non essential.  Essential.  Movie Shoots.  Non Essential.  Restaurants and Hair salons.  Unless of course the movie shoots need catering and hair services.

Honestly though, the entire app based delivery system is disaster for everyone. Restaurants don't get enough money, drivers don't get enough money, my laziness is enabled, the app takes a huge cut and somehow losses billions every year.

It sucks for me too. Although it is going to mean more dollars in my bank account, it really does suck. Of my 10 CA clients only 3 can afford to comply with it and 1 of them can barely comply. It will cost him money and the drivers money and the customers money. It doesn't suck as bad as a W2 mandate. Less options would exist and it would be even more expensive for all parties.
