If my memory serves me correct ... Hamilton batted in the back of the lineup. No way do you sit your $25M guy in the playoffs. If the Angels lose and he's on the bench then shit hits the ceiling for not playing him.

Lou, you are pretty much the board historian, but I'd bet you a beer it was defended.

It was bad.  One of those times even most of the Sosh fans didn't like.

Now I don't think him being there cost us anything.  Nobody hit that entire series.  The whole team played bad and you can't blame that on Hamilton or Sosh.  I do blame Sosh for having Hamilton in the line-up.

I am sure I defended some of the bunting with the idea the team just wasn't hitting and one run could have changed the series.  I have no idea if I defended bunting in front of Hamilton.  I also don't believe Hamilton starting was entirely on Sosh, I think that was a directive.

Well I can say I sure dislike Hamilton and wish he would have been

a great player with the Angels, but it didn't work out.

as much as I dislike  Hamilton, I blame Moreno for this.

Mr. Moreno should have never signed Hamilton,

and left everything to the staff he has.

It must be nice to get all that money, and do nothing.

I wish they would have put it in the contract,

if he relapse that it would void the contract.

Hamilton's agent would never go for it,

and the Angels would not be stuck with his contract.

I believe something was in the contract that would void if he relapsed, but it was against the collective bargaining agreement.
