When he pitched in Seattle I thought the Mariner hitters were intentionally stepping out and calling time a lot. I'd be willing to bet that the book on him is that he's easily angered and loses focus. He could probably benefit from a little "Serenity Now!"

That's what it looked like in the A-Rod incident.  He was pitching like shit, was upset, then threw at A-Rod because he couldn't control his emotions.

I like this better Richards, Skaggs, Shoemaker, Nolasco, Meyer. Nate came out of his last start with soreness in his elbow. Not a good thing to happen on this club. If Nolasco pitches like his last 2 starts and Meyer finally lives up to his early Hype we would have robbed the twins.
