Yeah don, tell them you need to get some affairs in order before day 1. In seltember the prices drop to europe...meet me in belfast, i havent seen it yet. First 7 are on me!

If I could afford it, I would....damn Brits and foreigners retiring and summering there apparently jacked up all the prices.

Heard the same thing from a friend who lived in Cornwall in the southwest of England. He said that rich people (mainly from London) buying up houses in the area for vacations had driven prices up to the point that kids who grew up there couldn't afford housing in the area for themselves.
