Millennials like socialism - until they get jobs

Trump can't be president, obviously.

And Cruz is almost worse, though clearly more intelligent.

The Bern is crazy, has crazy ideas, is difficult to look at and would give the presidency to Trump or Cruz if nominated.

I agree Kasich is tolerable.

But we really don't have a choice. Hillary will and needs to be the next president. That's sad, really, that our two major political parties gave us Trump, Cruz or Hillary. But she is least likely to destroy America and the planet in the next 4 years. At this point the only practical vote is for The Hill.

Sadly, this is the exact same conclusion I have made.

Health Insurance companies make on average a 5% profit.

People really think that the government can be more efficient than private corporations in running health care?  Not to mention you have to pay for millions more to get healthcare that couldn't before.

Bullshit it will save any money, it will cost a ton more.

Health insurance companies are one of my biggest peeves. When I hear stories from people who actually work for them about the crap that they pull to keep from paying legitimate claims and dump policyholders who cost them money, it makes me boil. Case in point: I was sitting in a cigar lounge one afternoon and I struck up a casual conversation with the guy sitting next to me. He said that he was a recent graduate of UNLV, but he was already hating his job. I asked him what he did. He said that he was a claims adjuster for a health insurance company. He said that he was in the cigar lounge that day because he had to get out of the office. He said that his company was having a celebration because one of their adjusters had found a technicality that the company could use to cancel the policy of as terminal cancer patient who was costing them too much money. The employee got a generous bonus, and the company provided a catered dinner for everyone. The policyholder got a death sentence.

This is what is wrong with private health insurance.

That is such bullshit.

We are so heavily regulated there is no shit like that.  The only thing claims adjusters look for is fraud and paying claims based on plan rules.  There are no technicalities like that.  It is pretty straight forward, they are eligible or they aren't.

Oh, for ****'s sake. Who is your choice of the candidates that are left that have a legit shot? Trump, Cruz, Kasich, Clinton, or Sanders? One of them will be president. Which do you prefer?

That is a bullshit question.  Why should I conform to your qualifications.

I will be voting for Gary Johnson.  Go ahead and hold your nose for your own vote.

I think we need a Trump to be elected to potentially open doors for a Ron Paul type. Gary Johnson doesn't really do it for me from a Libertarian standpoint, though he'd get my vote, if I intended to vote.

maybe a trump victory would serve as impetus to get our best and brightest running for POTUS again.

it's still so hard for me to fathom that the five candidates left are the best we could do as a country.

I'm debating whether I'll write him in or not. Gary Johnson's pussy comment has made me think twice about giving my vote to him. It's as if he's lowering himself to other candidates' level so he can get some air time. Plus he's pro choice and Paul is anti-abortion like me.

Serious question.  Has he filed and will be on a ballot or you are just writing him in.  If it is like $45 dollars I think we should all file to run for POTUS and just not campaign.  With the candidates both parties put out these days it would be cool to just read down the list and say "oh shit I know that dude." Check it off.

Gary Johnson will be on the ballot. Anyone voting for Ron Paul will have to write him in.
