OK, I'm going to get hammered for this, but whatever. My wife enjoys the show Rupaul's Drag Race, and I've watched some episodes with her. Here's what I've learned.

Dressing in drag isn't about homosexuality or even sex. It's a type of performance art that is (understandably) popular in the LGBTQ community, and it's a way for men to express themselves through dress and makeup. There's a LOT of intentionality and effort that goes in to creating their outfits. It's the same level of skill that you'd find in the cinematic makeup industry. The vast majority of drag queens are gay men, and the drag community is a place where they can find acceptance and express themselves. They're not men who want to be women. They're not perverted. They're not "off their rocker."

I bet your Spotify 2019 playlist is filled with songs your wife enjoys, too.

Her music taste is way more eclectic than mine. I've gotten her into Weezer, she's gotten me into Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Spoon, Oingo Boingo, and David Bowie.

Nice! I love Weezer, even though 50% of their catalogue has been meh.

Their newest Black album isn't very good. Being it's Christmas season now I've been listening to their Christmas EP. I am a sucker for the traditional songs which they perform on that one.

Yeah, their Christmas EP is good. I like about half of the songs on the Black Album, and the others I skip. Same with Pacific Daydream (the previous previous album).
