This was a case of a defense destroying an offense. The guy didn't dive after one ball, I realize it was a HUGE play, but cut the dude some slack. He was hit more tonight than he probably was all season. I'm guessing there will be lots of talk about the defensive schemes Denver employed tonight, much like in the Patriots game.

Honestly I would rather gives props to the D rather than talk ish about offense. If a team is 17-1 and blows away other teams with an unstoppable offense, then they get shut out, it's probably a defense better than they've seen before.

what a complete wimp in the press conference. nothing about his behavior said "i'm a leader." he acted like a big baby. we all get that it's tough to answer questions after losing, but my goodness, show some class.

The guy didn't just not go after one ball he didn't go after a fumble when his team was down by 6 in the biggest game of his career while the opposing offense wasn't doing anything.  Had Carolina recovered and punted Denver runs the ball 3 times again like they did the previous series and if the Carolina D holds them they get the ball back.  Instead Denver had the ball in FG range where they could make it a two possession game.  Cam's a stud and I didn't get the hate before the game but that play is what people are going to remember him for more than his MVP if he never gets a ring.  He looked rattled out there from the get go and credit goes to Denver but man up and dive for the ball or at the very least take your licks at the presser after the game.
