Strad my point is that Reagins didn't get the same payroll and got fired for the same performance as Dipoto. But to your point Reagins does have something to do with todays team. Try Trout, Weaver, Richards, Calhoun and Aybar which have nothing to do with Dipoto. No reason for anyone to get butthurt about it. 

 

LOL..   Reagins took over the team and farm system that Bill Stoneman built.   Dipoto took over the mess that Reagins created with that wealth of riches.  BTW, Weaver was drafted under Stoneman, and it was the Sutherlands  that oversaw his scouting.  Aybar similarly had nothing to do with Reagins, you can thank Clay Daniels for Aybar.

comparing Dipoto and Reagins is a pretty damn funny.  

 

The Angels were able to draft Trout under Reagins watch.  And then he fired the guy who oversaw that draft.  Granted, that 2010 draft was a disaster of epic proportions but Bane was fired just three months after it.
