Baltimore is going to have rioting again when the judge at the preliminary hearing (or whatever Maryland calls it) tosses out half the charges.

This is what I was thinking also MP. DA jumped the gun in throwing anything that might stick, officers don't get found guilty for over half of it, Baltimore riots.

Can you imagine being a juror and having to sit through the trial (likely months long), then be asked to deliberate on specific charges for each officer? 

 

I would go insane trying to figure that out.

I have a feeling a lot of this is going to be about whether police protocols were followed.  At least in this article, it sounds like most of this seems to be surrounding the use of seatbelts.
