well, I guess you can say that - but fact is, Halos have won 4 straight. have a two game lead over the A's heading into the final week of August.

 

we've got a head to head four game series in OAKLAND.

 

Oakland has just come off a poor week.....got swept etc.

 

OAKLAND NEEDS THIS GAME --- more than the Halos.

 

Oakland can afford to go down 0-1 in this series at Oakland. And Sonny Gray is pitching..........they gotta win it..........if not, it's a huge loss for them.

I still can't get over Sonny Gray's pitch count. That's just awful by the Halos offense

Why on earth is Conger hitting here? He has a .457 OPS from his past 38 starts. If we're not pinch hitting for him late in a game when we're down by two runs, why have a bench?
