Absolutely right. That's a freaking routine play, a throw even close to the right area nails Callaspo comfortably. But that doesn't change the fact Hamilton's throw was laughable.

Now the bats need to score 3 runs off Gray + the A's pen. Would feel more confident of that happening if this was the pre-ASB offense

I would be lying of I thought we would win this series. I'm honestly looking to win 4-3 over the 7 games in the next week. That would keep us ahead in the standings

If you expect your first baseman to make the catch he actually needs to see the ball. With Albert if the ball was a bit closer he probably would have pulled it off based the sound in the air.

Hamilton and Pujols  were signed and paid boat-loads of money to be difference makers.  I think they have been difference makers to this point in the game.

This game is really important and we are choking. If we win we will leave Oakland in first place. No way we win tomorrow with Nibbles pitching. Weaver is also a big question mark.
