Almost as big a financial flop as Pujols.

Yep those were not good signings. 10 years for a nice guy who is in his 30's and past his prime. I am not as smart as those gm's but I knew how that was going to turn out. We rewarded pujols for all he did for St Louis. He is being paid for past accomplishments of his prime years. There is no way he can live up to the cost of that contract. Arte had to have been wasted when he gave him that. And CJ?! Wow. No wonder Texas was happy we signed him.

I love reading the overreaction to our starters on this thread....our problem since the All-star break is the lack of offense. Our middle of the order has been almost nonexistent. It would be nice if our 3,4,5 hitters start to swing the bats like they are capable. The approach by our hitters lately has been abysmal

So I guess it is a white flag night whenever CJ starts. We know we have no shot to win unless our bats can put 10 runs up on the board.

Looks like someone is completely oblivious to the fact that CJ Wilson has been a black hole in this rotation for a few months now. Pretty much an automatic "L"
