Recruiting won't be a problem. Recruiting hasn't been the problem.

Jimmie Doherty(WR) and Deshaun Foster(RB) both retained by Kelly.  Also has offered Coach Meat (DB) and Angus McClure(DL and all around badass) to stay.

Jerry Azzinaro, current Cal DL coach will be the new DC.

Looking back, it really seems like Mora just lucked out with the players he inherited.  He had Hundley who was an amazing college QB, and two pro bowl quality NFL linebackers in Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks.

Not to mention Kenny Clark, Datone Jones, and more.

Azz is a great get and is completely expected. It seemed to me that he was going to be at Cal until Chip started his next job. He's locked at the hip with Chip.

I'm still wondering if Greatwood will be headed down as well. I haven't seen much about him.

Greatwood has been rumored as well, just not sure if he wants to make the switch.

Tulare (Calif.) Union all-purpose back Kazmeir Allen tells 247Sports he has committed to UCLA.

The first verbal for the Bruins under the Chip Kelly regime, the 5-foot-10, 185-pound Allen also had offers from USC, Cal and Wisconsin among others. 

The most prolific player in the state, as a senior, Allen rushed for 2,989 yards and 60 touchdowns with another 833 yards receiving and nine scores. His 70 touchdowns leads the nation per MaxPreps. Some schools recruiting him as a defensive back.

Allen has great speed, running 10.4 in 100-meter dash at the California state finals last year. He also long jumped 22-4 in a meet.

Yeah, he is small but insanely fast and shifty, perfect for a Chip Kelly offense, excited for this dude.
