I find it so funny that people who argue that Bourjos isn't very good or in this case "average" and "nothing special" yet they believe we can get a front line starter for him.   I think we can get a

He's just an average ball player. He's basically a .240/.305/.400 guy with good defense. Nothing special. If you can get a starter with front of the rotation upside for him you do it.

 

I find it so funny that people who argue that Bourjos isn't very good or in this case "average" and "nothing special" yet they believe we can get a front line starter for him.

 

I think we can get a starting pitcher for Bourjos but I believe he is a very good player.

I wonder what kind of season he could have if he could stay healthy?

I wonder what kind of season he would have had if he didn't get hit on the wrist by a pitch!

 

You guys talk like his is a china doll like Izturis!

 

I do believe he rushed to get back and his hitting is way off.  It was good to see him get the bunt hit because that may get  him started.

Anyone stupid enough to believe that anything you see from bourjos (or anyone else) that has missed as much time as he has, and should pick up right where he left off before he went down (the last time he was a regular was in april) loses all credibility.

It would be like getting divorced after a long marriage, and giving up women because the first few nights at a bar you didn't know how to talk to them.

It's like they think it's fantasy baseball and some team will take 3 guys on our bench that suck for an all-star
