I’m not going to pick this all apart but heaven forbid he sign Valbuena instead of giving the job to Fletcher. In 2017 Valbuena had a .727 OPS in the majors while Fletcher was .655 in a hitters environment at AAA.
As for drafts you missed Marsh, who was capital to acquire O’Hoppe, so if you are going to praise Minasian for getting O’Hoppe give Eppler credit for drafting the guy that made that trade possible.  He also drafted Detmers, who was the quickest to the majors and in his first full year he was an above average MLB starter.

May he Rest In Peace.

Just as long as he never comes near the Angels again. Why some Angels fans thought this guy was a good GM will always baffle me. Was it the move to acquire Danny Espinosa to be the starting 2B one year? Signing Luis Valbuena so Sosh could play him every day over a young David Fletcher? Having a bullpen fell of DFA waiver wires like in 2019 and 2020? We had Hansel Robles and David Hernandez pitching late in games. Besides bringing Ohtani here I can't think of one good thing that happened under his tenure. 7 years after his first draft in Anaheim, the only somewhat successful major leaguers I can think of from his drafts are Griffin Canning and Matt Thaiss. If I'm missing any someone can please enlighten me but just a reminder Adell, Kyren Paris and Jordyn Adams were all high draft picks of his. Kyren Paris and Adams look like total shit.  This guy was and is a horrendous GM imo. Say what you want about Perry, he tried and failed at the deadline and that's a fair criticism. But at least I can say his draft picks like Schanuel, Sam Bachman (if he can stay healthy) and Neto look like they could have potential great careers. Plus trading for O'Hoppe he's set up some good young players in the system. I don't want this guy anywhere near Anaheim again sorry.

What is your reasoning or dissing Kyren Paris in his short stint with the Angels?

There is no reason. Paris is only 21 and yet pressed into action way before his time. He has risen through the system quickly and arrived in AA this season where his competition averaged 3 years older than him. Adams is just 23 and was in AAA.

Asuangelsfan05 is just ranting and doesn't seem to know much about the players he is targeting. And what he forgets is all of these players missed the 2020 season and part of 2021 because of Covid.

“There’s not a soul in the industry that believes Mets GM Billy Eppler simply resigned over MLB’s investigation of improper use of the injured list.”

is it possible that Eppler resigned because of his past conduct with the Angels when he was GM?

Perhaps something came up related to the Skaggs lawsuit?

Or he simply wants to be a GM. GMs in orgs that have POBO aren’t actually GMs.

Then why resign two days a press conference re-affirming the years-long talk that he’d remain as GM under the POBO?

Years long?  He was hired a month ago.

Straight from the Mets’ owner:

"I've been clear from day one that I'm still looking for a president of baseball ops. Billy knows, I've had that conversation with him - he's supportive,” Cohen said. “This is a really complex job and it’s a lot on one person. We have people under Billy, but from a leadership standpoint, that’s still out there. At some point we will fill that position. Billy will be a part of that, at that point I’ve enhanced the management team and that’s the goal.”

And so he didn’t quit until 4 days after the end of the year. Stearns didn’t start until the season ended.

According to the NY Times an anonymous letter was received by MLB containing other accusations against Eppler which MLB is investigating.  They were at Citifield Friday conducting interviews obtaining text messages, Emails and medical reports. Steve Cohen supposedly isn't a target of this investigation but it may kead to new areas.
