He started really hot but has hit a wall. Still lots of growing pains at the plate. Chasing too much and falling behind in the count. Should improve with more experience and familiarity with pitchers.

No problems in the field.

Should be the starter at short next season. But not sure where in the order he'll bat.

And still only 22.

I'm loving this core of Moniak, Neto, Nolan, and O Hoppe. I actually think Walsh will rebound next year and hopefully Ward as well. Add a Trout in the CO with more days off and DH time and I think we have a decent lineup. Keeping Moose and I know Bellinger is probably an impossibility but we'd be good without any expectation of Rendon.

Add someone like Nola and Hader and our staff is looking decent as well.

Fatigue, likely came back from injury too soon the first time and it's had some residual effects.  But people will play the what have you done for me lately game.

Also, he's not Mike Trout so, sucks.

You must have missed it, Mike Trout also sucks and is a pussy.  It’s sad but the people have spoken so it must be true.

I like your list but is there a reason why you left Rengifo off? I think he was breaking out until his injury.

In my opinion you are obsessed with defending Rendon and its resulting with terrible takes and clouded judgments.

Also his offense was better than Moustakas. I’m sorry the stats agree with me. If his OPS+ was better than Rendon then I wouldn’t tell you it was. But that isn’t the case.

For the season Moose has a higher OPS, and even citing OPS with Rendon is deflection since he only played in 43 games.

Would you rather have 2023 Rendon with his salary or 2023 Moose and his salary?
