Rendon is back at 2:15pm but it's four hours until game time and he has yet to tie his shoes.

Good to see O'Hoppe back in there today after the HBP!  I assume he'll get tomorrow off, especially with the travel day on Thursday.  Don't want to burn him out.

After tomorrow, Canning won’t be needed until April 22.

Probably best to send him down after tomorrow to make another start?

Although now thinking about it, Canning would only be pitching on four days rest in order to start April 17 in the minors and April 22 here.

Silseth on April 22?

Strike that, Silseth next pitches on April 13 for RC, meaning next start would be April 19.

Since we have Detmers, Sandoval and Anderson I'd be happy with having Silseth and Canning in the rotation.

I would hope Suarez needs more than two bad starts to lose his job. I think he's pretty serviceable.
