I'm not sure how you can fix Marsh. Sending him down to face lesser pitching won't help much but there's simply been zero improvement with more MLB AB's. If anything, he looks like he's getting even worse. He can't lay off the high fastballs, he can't recognize/lay off offspeed down and away or down and in. It's all bad

Team isn't good so I'd say to just continue giving him AB's and hope with more experience he can figure things out and improve his pitch recognition/contact ability. Seriously disappointing watching him right now though

Shohei Ohtani and Kevin Gausman are the only two starters this season to strike out 10 or more Astros. Ohtani's done it twice — tonight and on April 20. Gausman did it on May 1 in Toronto.

Just in case people here don't know, both the M's and Orioles have won 10 games in a row. Yes, those M's with a GM that many here were convinced wouldn't ever get another GM job and thinks is the worst GM of all time. They are 47-42 and in 2nd place.
