Trout's Injury Thread

Recommended Posts

Everybody is hoping that Trout leaving the game last night with this little “tightness” or “felt a pull” (or whatever you want to call it) ends up being nothing.

Except it is not nothing because he had to leave a game in the third inning that ended up decided by one run.

I hope he is healthy of course.  But are we going to do this a bunch of times to be “precautionary” and lose some games because of it?

Groin injuries take time to heal. You can walk around and feel perfectly fine, but when you try to run, and especially cut, they're a nightmare.

Oh I know.  I had a groin pull back when I played in roller hockey leagues and it was the silent assassin.  Zero symptoms for weeks and suddenly it was like somebody stabbed you in the groin.

It took my old man body like 18 months to be done with it.
