Would Ray Montgomery be a guy that would be considered for a manager role in the future or is he more the guy that with recognize if one of our coaches would make a good manager?

I think he's been one of those guys behind the scenes for most of his career.  He might be a a Stoneman type, someone super capable that has never wanted that job.  But he's definitely Perry's guy and now he's in the clubhouse.  If something is fishy, Perry will be aware.
