Walsh is definitely coming back to earth. 

His numbers are down every month and he is hitting less than .700 ops for july now.
He is going to have to make adjustments or Maddon will need to rest him against lefties.

If he doesn't illegally block the plate, maybe Fletcher slides head first around the back of the plate avoiding a tag and scoring. So it may have been the cause of the out.

Yes he will… he’s our everyday first baseman. If he’s healthy he will play everyday.
