I should have suck with my plan to become a Giants fan if they got rid of Torii. Lived in San Francisco for about 6 years now. I really like the Giants organization. They seem to care a lot about the fans and have created a team that everyone can enjoy watching. Even excluding the world series years, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching that team. i don't quite get Scioscia's insistence on pinch-hitting for Iannetta late in close game.  I know his AVG sucks, but he's one of the best players on the team at getting on base, and he has pop in his bat.
