With millennials delaying having children we need a whole lot of unskilled labor to take these jobs.

Unemployment is gradually getting better. I believe a number of states are ending the unemployment benefits in the next month. 

In my area, there are jobs everywhere.  Lots of people working overtime just to cover shifts.
