Quintana tonight

He has been awful since his last exhibition start against the Dodgers, spanning three straight terrible outings in a row. 

I'm not hopeful that he turns things around tonight (or ever) so here's hoping the Angels produce double digits in runs again against the Twins tonight.

Yes, it's become a big game for Quintana, and not the sort of line-up you want to face if you're missing your spots. I'm hopeful the line-up knows enough about Shoey to be able to wait for the right pitch to hit, so we could be in for another fun high-scoring game.

Probably Sandoval or Barria before Detmers. Detmers isn't on the 40 man.

He's always looked like a deer caught in the headlights out there for us, but appears to have a pretty solid career, how do the Angels manage to hire these washed up guys?

It’s too early to tell, sure, but thus far, his stuff hasn’t looked good. He gets himself into the craziest jams—command is all over the place. Obviously, I’d like to see him turn things around but the criticism is justified.

You know, every year you show up for a month or two talking shit about the team then I guess you get bored and disappear.

Try speeding up that process.
